Excellence of Fletcher Day teams recognised by Legal 500 2017 Directory
“Utterly exceptional”, “Outstanding knowledge”, “Sympathetic and efficient”.
The 2017 edition of Legal 500 has recognised the outstanding work of several of the Fletcher Day teams.
The Commercial Litigation department was recognised for its “sensible, pragmatic advice, based on the commercial interests of the client and the realities of the case”.
Head of Department Jovita Vassallo was singled out for special praise for her ability to “pick out the key facts and strengths and weaknesses in any claim”. This is the second year that the department has been commended by the Directory.
The dramatic progress made by the Fletcher Day Family team was rewarded with its first ranking in the Directory. The team were acknowledged for being “Utterly exceptional”.
Special commendation went to Dee Douglas for being “sympathetic and efficient”. Vandna Sharma was acknowledged for her “pragmatic” approach, and for being “fantastic at bringing down the temperature of a case”.
The growing reputation of the Fletcher Day Property Litigation team was recognised for consecutive years. The team were praised for providing “measured, considered and realistic” advice.
Leading the department, Chris Hill was applauded for his “responsive and hardworking” approach. Greg Barnbrook stands out for his “outstanding knowledge” in the space, and “is highly regarded in the restaurant sector”.
