Fletcher Day growth continues with key Family Department appointment. Fletcher Day are delighted to announce the arrival of new Partner Karim Assaad who has joined the firm as a Partner in the Family Department.
Karim brings a wealth of knowledge and depth of experience to the complex and stressful issues that arise on divorce and relationship breakdown.
In addition to Karim’s broad expertise and deep understanding of the difficult and often very sensitive circumstances that arise in individual family cases, he is an acknowledged specialist in providing advice and guidance on all aspects law relating to men’s divorce and father’s rights, having previously been instrumental in establishing and leading the UK’s division of the largest US law firm specialising in family law for men.
He is passionate about ensuring that his clients receive equal representation in family courts on issues following separation relating to children, divorce and financial arrangements.
Although Karim has a keen interest in men’s legal status, he has represented women in sensitive settlement negotiations.
