Fletcher Day welcomes Matthew Wentworth-May to our growing team
Fletcher Day is very excited to welcome Matthew Wentworth-May to our growing team of fee share consultants. Matthew’s experience as a UK and California qualified tax barrister will make him a wonderful addition to the firm.
Before joining Fletcher Day, Matthew worked for 11 years for the City law firm, Olswang, where he advised clients on corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, including M&A and private equity transactions, business restructurings, joint ventures and venture capital investments.
Matthew has a particular focus on international tax (including sourcing arrangements and international IP and corporate structures) and VAT, and was recognised for his expertise in VAT and indirect tax in the leading legal directory Legal 500 2013.
Matthew regularly comments in professional journals on tax matters, as well as speaking at external conferences.
