The Fletcher Day Private Client team are delighted to announce their participation in the charity Will writing initiative Will Aid, for the month of November 2017.
Will Aid is a special partnership between the legal profession and nine of the UK's best-loved charities, including NSPCC, Age UK and British Red Cross. Together vital funds are raised for these wonderful causes, while ensuring that people in the community gain the reassurance of knowing they have a professionally written Will.
So how does it work?
It's simple. We write a basic Will for you. Instead of paying us a fee, you're invited to make a voluntary donation to Will Aid, which is divided between nine well known charities. Any other services provided by us are charged for in agreement with you.
How much will I be asked to donate?
During Will Aid month, our Private Client team give their time free of charge for writing a basic Will and you are invited to make a voluntary donation. Will Aid suggests £95 for a single basic Will or £150 for a joint or mirror Will, but many people make a larger donation.
How are the charitable donations used?
The funds we raise will support the work of the nine partner charities and help change lives here in the UK and around the world.
If you would like our team of expert Private Client lawyers to draw up a simple Will for you free of charge in return for a charitable donation, please contact Elena Tzialli.
