Lord Mayor’s City giving day
Earlier this week, a team of our solicitors braved the rain in a treasure hunt across the city for the Lord Mayor’s City Giving Day.
City Giving Day brings together small businesses through to large corporations, encouraging them to partake in a fun activity while fundraising and showcasing their charity partners.
The Lord Mayor’s Appeal strives to reduce the equity discrepancies within the City and beyond, and to empower all in the process. Through initiatives such as City Giving Day, the appeal hopes to bring together businesses, City employees, neighbouring communities and charities to tackle some of London’s pressing societal issues.
As a City firm, Fletcher Day was proud to be involved in this initiative and we are excited to be working towards a fair city.
