Welcoming a new Partner to Fletcher Day
Fletcher Day is excited to announce Janis Wilderspin has joined the firm as a Partner specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Janis has over 30 years’ experience across a variety of practice areas, including Commercial Real Estate, Employment Law and Intellectual Property Law as well as Corporate and Commercial Law.
She has worked both in private practice and in-house and experienced both being the lawyer, and being the client, giving her a broader perception of client requirements.
Her work includes advice on corporate acquisitions and sales, the purchase and sale of assets, corporate formation and restructuring, corporate finance and refinancing, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, franchises, commercial contracts, trademarks, commercial property matters employment contracts and employment disputes, and TUPE.
Janis is also a qualified (but non-practising) Barrister having been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008, and is partly qualified at the New York Bar.
We are delighted to welcome Janis to the firm, and look forward to Fletcher Day’s ongoing expansion over the coming months.
